Not to be confused for a beginner’s-only class, Foundations programming emphasizes the fundamentals of resistance training and continuously explores different avenues based on those principles. Suitable for students of all experience levels, a primary tenet of this class is that those who look, move, and feel the best are the best at the basics first.

Programs are delivered in 4-6 week training phases and updated on a continuous basis.


Arthrestore Joint Health Class

Intended for those with articular conditions, Arthrestore classes are designed to maximize the development and maintenance of joint health. This class combines body-friendly exercises and movement strategies and with the latest scientific research on articular resilience. Programming is constantly tailored to meet the needs of individual students and is underscored heavily by Functional Range Conditioning principles.

If you have joint issues and are interested in becoming stronger, fitter, and more resilient without taxing your joints, this class is for you!

Boost your skills while training with AGD instructors! This open gym session is for clients with individual programs who enjoy a group atmosphere and receiving instruction. We all know the unique experience gained from working alongside knowledgeable instructors. The semi-coached structure enables for flexible training with technique review, safety supervision, programming suggestions, and general guidance.

Strength and conditioning for athletes is a delicate balance between reaching the minimum effective dose for improvement and being reserved enough to avoid negatively impacting sports performance. At AGD, we use an athlete-centered approach that involves tried-and-true strength and conditioning, close proximity to specialized manual therapy, and constant periodization to remove the guesswork from training. Individualized adjustments are made on a regular basis to ensure each athlete gets the most out of their time.

This class subscribes to the Long Term Athlete Development model and all programming is scaled appropriately to the age, experience level, and developmental stage of the athletes.

Kinstretch is the systematic, periodized development of true mobility. Based on Functional Range Conditioning principles, every single drill is performed with specific intent; intent to learn, improve, and make those improvements permanent.
